Steps to get a CUSTOM Notion system for FREE 🤙

I am a grad student and have a family. It would be nice to have a system that combines those two things. I would use a template that was basically a life system instead of having to figure out which collection of templates work best for me. I would exclusively use one. Such as having a weekly meal planner, daily to-do's, education to-do's both with calendar integration, spotify, pomo, class DB, but also hydration and habit tracker, maybe tracker for what I am watching or researching at the moment, and bill payment and budget. basically managing my whole life from one system instead of like 6 like I am doing now. And with a tut video for how to set it up properly.

I'm a real estate appraiser , I need a workflow which includes order, schedule appointments, complete inspections, pulling information, typing information, pulling market area data, making adjustments, reconciliation and value, running errors and omissions, adding comments, sending report, complete, addressing revisions

I know this might be ridiculous but how about a template for templates. You know like a database for all of the templates you download. There are so many awesome templates out there (I have gotten many of yours in the past) I am always searching for the perfect system and constantly download any good option I happen come across. (Even if I don't have an immediate need for it) No matter who you are, there is no way to use 20 different habit trackers or personal dashboards (my own personal obsession at the moment) I end up with a mess of templates scattered over multiple accounts, then when the time comes and I actually need a certain type of template, I cant even find all of my downloads. I know I cant be the only person who has this problem..

I have two concepts to share: First, I work on putting together published works. While writing programs exist, and templates for the writers themself, I’d love a place to do the workflow for the collating and editing side of this - Projects with space for ideas/concepts, meeting/brief notes, a tracker for articles/prose/essays (with the option of assigning different authors, due dates, word count, a space to include a draft, and statuses from In Progress through Drafts to Edited), a tracker for graphics (again with assignees, and including things like what pages they’ll go on, if they’re the cover, placement notes), and an area to track the printing companies or online publishing methods each product will use. Second, in my private time I do educational video essays, presentations and workshops. While a lot of content organisers and lesson planners exist, I haven’t found a good one designed for modern class + video online education that lets me collect the building blocks of my interactive sessions (as I use the same sort of tricks/exercise templates across them), or to gather resources and research alongside tracking how many people are signed up to a workshop or have viewed a video, what sites are hosting it, and what social media sharing I’m doing for it. I’d love a way to track my ideas, in progress and active uploads and courses, both in terms of putting them together (courses with sections, videos with chapters), planning upload/session dates, and in terms of how successful they and their marketing is. Regardless of if either of these are worth your time, I just want to say your templates are amazing! I’ve recommended a lot of them to others around me who’d benefit from them more, but I’m constantly amazed by your skill in crafting great templates that fill a niche perfectly. Keep up the hard work and I’m excited to see whatever concepts you move forward with, I know they’ll be great!

I've been struggling to put all my tasks into one cohesive system, especially when dealing with diverse databases that all have thier own work to be done. Wouldn't it be great to have a database that offers a comprehensive overview of all the databases you integrate? You could add, edit, and organize tasks across different databases, with features like calendar views to track due dates and notes. Just select the database you want an overview of, set it up, and boom! You'll have a view of everything you need to do, along with tasks from other databases you've added. If this template isn't currently possible, perhaps a tutorial on the specific properties and formulas needed to connect databases could be provided?
